If you always manage to keep my emotions under control, you’re a man of rare endurance! But most of us are experiencing stress more often than we would like. Agree, negative emotions often cause us to eat a lot of junk food. Trying to escape from trouble, we switch to the food. Even the most seemingly trifling excitement can cause overeating. Delicious food acts like a drug. When the mood is «on zero», we tend to think that we will feel better after some Goodies. This is actually an illusion. According to psychologists, emotional overeating is very simple. When we eat what we like, we are immersed in pleasant memories associated with these products. Perhaps you remember as a child my mother used to bake your favorite cherry pie. And to return tested once emotions, you eat this pie again and again.
