Diet No. 1 — description and General principles

— young zucchini with pumpkin;

— not sour ripe tomatoes.

9. Snacks in the form:

— salads from boiled vegetables, meat, fish;

— boiled tongue, liver pate, PhD, dairy or dietary sausages, unsalted ham without fat;

— jellied fish with vegetable broth; caviar sturgeon, soaked low-fat herring, mincemeat, mild cheese (occasionally).

10. Sweet dishes in the form:

— pureed boiled and baked, sweet berries and fruits;

— mashed potatoes, kissels, mousses, jelly, compotes;

butter cream, milk pudding;

— sugar, honey, sour jam, marshmallow, marshmallow.

11. Sauces and spices:

— milk sauce (béchamel) without the sauteed flour, seasoned with butter, sour cream (in limited quantities);

fruit and milk-fruit sauces;

— dill, parsley, vanillin and cinnamon in limited quantities.

12. Drink in the view:

— tea (weak), optional flavored milk or cream, weak cocoa and coffee with milk;

In the diet number 1 should be:

— bread from the rye flour and any freshly baked pastries, and muffins and products of puff pastry;

— broths of meat, fish and mushrooms, rich vegetable broths, soup, borscht, hash;

fatty or sinewy meats and poultry (duck, goose);

— fatty and salty fish, canned;

— dairy products with high acidity, and also sharp and salty cheeses;

— eggs, hard boiled and fried;

— cereals: millet, barley and corn, and legumes;

— belokachannoy cabbage, turnip, Swede, radish, sorrel, spinach, onions, cucumbers, vegetables and mushrooms in the form of pickles and pickled vegetables of canned food eateries;

sharp and salty snacks, canned food, smoked products;

acid, not enough ripe fruit and berries, which are high in fiber, not pureed dried fruit, chocolate, ice cream;

— sauces, meat, fish, mushroom, tomato, horseradish, mustard, pepper;

— carbonated drinks, brew black coffee;

fats (except those allowed).

Sample menu 1 (pureed):

1st Breakfast consists of boiled soft-boiled eggs, dairy pureed rice porridge and tea with milk.

2nd Breakfast consists of baked apples with sugar.

Lunch consists of milk grated oatmeal soup, steam meatballs with carrot puree, fruit mousse.

Afternoon tea consists of broth hips with crackers.

Dinner consists of fish, boiled and baked with milk sauce, mashed potato and tea with milk.

At night drink a glass of milk.

1st Breakfast consists of boiled soft-boiled egg crumbly buckwheat tea with milk.

2nd Breakfast consists of fresh curd (not sour) and broth hips.

Lunch consists of potato soup vegetarian, boiled meat, baked with béchamel sauce, boiled carrots and stewed fruit (well-boiled).

Afternoon tea consists of a decoction of wheat bran with added sugar and crackers.

Dinner consists of boiled fish baked under a butter sauce, mashed apples and carrots and tea with milk.

Before bedtime drink a glass of milk.

Reviews on diet No. 1 show that it really effectively complements curative measures aimed at the treatment of stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers, chronic and acute gastritis. All who have used it, note the improvement of health and reduction of pain symptoms after 2 weeks after making the necessary changes in your diet. However, like any other, this diet requires the patient a certain discipline and consistency.
