Diet contains products with normal content of carbohydrates and proteins, restriction fats (mainly refractory). Excluded from the diet of food containing oxalic acid, essential oils, rich in cholesterol, purines, fat oxidation products that are formed during roasting. Approximate daily ration of this diet consists of 50g carbs, 70g fat, 100g protein. The energy value is 2500-2900 kcal. If balanced to make the menu to eat is not only useful, but tasty.

6) Fats: refined vegetable oil, butter (in food and kind).

7) Grain: various cereals, especially useful oatmeal and buckwheat, pilaf with carrots, dried fruit, pudding, cottage cheese, carrot, boiled pasta, krupenik.

8) Eggs: egg white omelet baked, boiled, one egg yolk per day.

9) Vegetables: various – boiled, stewed or raw. As side dishes, individual dishes, salads, green peas (pureed), sour cabbage (sauerkraut), onions after boiling.

10) Snacks: fruit salads, fresh vegetables, vinaigrettes, low-fat herring (soaked), squash caviar, salads, boiled fish, seafood, boiled meat, sausages and dietary, dairy and doctoral, low-fat cheese, mild, low-fat ham.

11), Fruits: fruits 9ягоды) in baked, cooked and fresh (except sour), stewed fruit, jelly, dried fruit, mousse, jelly, candy, marmalade, jam, honey, nesekretnye candy, sugar ( sometimes replaced by sorbitol, xylitol).

12) Drink: juice – vegetables, fruits and berries, coffee with milk, black, green tea, broth hips, decoction of wheat bran.

1) Bakery products: fried cakes, items of pastry, puff pastry, very fresh bread.

2) Soups: mushroom, meat, fish, soups, green soup, okroshka.

3) Fish: canned, salted, smoked, fatty fish species.

4) Meat (poultry): fatty meats, brains, liver, kidneys, goose and duck, meats, canned goods, most of the sausages.

5) Milk products: limitations – sour cream, ryazhenka, cream, fatty cheese, fatty salty cheese.

6) Fats: chicken fat, fat – lamb, beef, and pork.

7) Grains: legumes.

8) Eggs: fried and hard boiled, gall stones restrictions – half of the yolk in the dish.

9) Vegetables: spinach, radish, sorrel, radish, garlic, green onions, mushrooms, pickled vegetables.

1. potato — 2,

2. rice — 100 gr.

3. onion — 1 PC. (small),

4. carrot — 1 PC.;

5. broccoli — 50 grams.

6. salt to taste.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and cut into cubes the potatoes, put in 2-quart saucepan with cold water.

2. Add the rice, finely chopped onion and put on fire.

3. RUB the carrots on a fine grater and put into the soup with the broccoli buds.

4. Cook the soup on low heat until the vegetables are tender and rice before shutting down salt, and before serving, added to a plate of greens and 1 tsp of vegetable oil.

Method of preparation:

Method of preparation:
